gives Roger an opportunity to tinker with projects.

Photos of
Roger's new motorcycle/sidecar rig
are up.
More photos on their way over the next few days
(from vacation, trips & probably more cycle shots)
We will be putting the photo galleries into order as well.

More bouncing :
Main hosts available again, the photo-galleries are up,
and even the Fortune-o-Matic is running again!
Some redesign will be occurring over the next few weeks,
and we have more photos to post.

Bouncing back :
Our old server died, so we've upgraded...
Roger's Sun 20 workstation is now our main server,
both beefier and quieter than the old PC it replaced,
and we've finally moved up to the current version of OpenBSD.
We still have some reconfiguration to complete,
such as getting all our virtual hosts setup again
(we had a half-dozen sites hosted for ourselves and various friends).
Look for the site to be redesigned also: Roger has better CSS skills now,
and we'll be setting up some blog software for Estee to play with.
The port-scan tool will become functional again as well.

Yes, the main purpose of our site, our
Photo Galleries!
Since our family and friends are scattered across the USA,
having our own giant online photo album is very handy.

Roger's automated the photo galleries, and is (occasionally) continuing
to improve them. We have thumbnails (for most galleries),
and the gallery pages are a bit cleaner.
|
|
We still need to clean the older photos up - some are underexposed,
some need cropping, and we'll just drop
others that didn't come out well.
